Patient Care

Triple P Medical Solutions offers primary patient care with our in-house physician, or an established nurse practitioner in the event that the physician is unavailable.

Patients will have access to diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, ongoing case management, and chronic care. Patients will also be provided with information on health education, disease prevention, and health maintenance.

Walk-in Health Services

Our walk-in clinic provides fast, convenient medical care for people who do not currently have a family doctor, or are unable to reach theirs. Get health advice, assessment, or treatment for minor illnesses and injuries from a doctor or nurse, along with access to diagnostic services, virtual specialist consultations, and any required laboratory work – all without an appointment.

Walk-in clinic services include:

  • Diagnosis and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries
  • Prescriptions
  • Immunization services (vaccinations, travel immunization, flu shots etc.)
  • Specialist referrals
  • Laboratory specimen collection/EKG

What To Bring

To ensure you have a postive experience at our clinic please bring along the following documents.

For patients who cannot visit our facility in person, we also offer an innovative virtual clinic, which allows us to perform a complete triage assessment through a secure video conference.

Diagnostic Services

Triple P can take care of all of your non-life threatening illness and minor injuries. For imaging services such as X-rays, MRI, CT scan and Mammograms, we can refer you to our service partners as needed.

We will provide specimen collections services (Lab tests), Diagnostic services and screening utilizing the latest technology for such things as diabetes, retinal screening, STDs etc. Along with annual or employee required physical exams.
